Cost $14.50
Voltage: DC 10.8V
Capacity: 8800mAh

Assuming all 18650 wired in series, at full charge this could produce 4.2*12=50.4 Volts, but that isn't the desired output voltage, it is 10.8.  But, I understand battery packs can be wired part parallel, part series, then combined.  Fuck if I know on this one, but it seems like ignoring that fact, and assuming the three specs above are true, a rough calculation to get potential mah of each cell could be:

8800mah/12 cells= initially looks like 733 mah per cell 'contributing'.
But, 10.8V output voltage/3.7  nominal voltage per batt = 2.91 nominal adjustment factor
10.8V output voltage/4.2  max voltage per batt = 2.57 max adjustment factor
733 contributing x 2.91 adjustment factor = 2133 mah per cell.
733 contributing x 2.57 adjustment factor = 1883 mah per cell.

1.20 cost per cell discounting time messing around extracting the batts.

I'm sure there is likely a 'more correct' way to figure this out, but does the rough math arrive at a reasonable approximation of what the mah per cell could be?

Feel free to call me a moron for bothering if you like, but is this a 'good enough' back of the envelope calculation for spitballing the mah per cell?  That's the only answer I'm really interested in right now.
