Sweet.  I wear a 9.5 but a 10 would probably work. Manly colors if you've got em.
what? nothing wrong with confetti shoes. just showing a li'l tinge of your effeminate side.

Gabby, other than the pics, this was the only instruction that was included in the post. here is the original fb post i saw:

give me some time to look, cuz i do have a basic sole pattern that can also be crocheted so you don't have to use flip-flops.

Thanks, Junque!

I want the flip flop sole....I have all kinds of slipper socks....I just like the idea of repurposing a pair of plain black flip flops I have. :)

the images show using the crochet hook to pierce the sole. seems like that would tear up the sole and possibly break thru. i would use a needle or maybe an ice pick.

in case you change your mind about the crocheted sole, here's the google search for some various shaped soles:   www.google.com/search?q=adult+crochet+sole+pattern&biw=1002&bih=476&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi8y56ajNfLAhXJm4MKHdKHAW8Q_AUIBygC

Nice link....I'm still a noob level at crochet but I always keep track of stuff I can work on when I find my ambition again. :D

Thanks again, Junque!

learning from diagram patterns is so much easier than text patterns. with diagram, it does not matter what the original pattern language is, generally.

i think we are going to get a huge thunderstorm here in about 10 minutes. sweet!

Blewt needs manly colors?  Nah.  Pink bunny slippers.

No oral or dirty trombone and I am in.
