E-cigarette terminology and abbreviations

  • Analog - a non-electric cigarette
  • Adapter - generally used to join two differently threaded devices. sealed adapters are always a good thing when attaching any type of atty to a mod to prevent any possible leakage into the battery.
  • ADV - all day vape
  • Atty - atomizer
  • BCC- bottom coil clearo
  • BFM - Blue Foam Mod
  • BP - Buzz Pro
  • Carto Tank - a plastic or glass tube with caps on each end that holds eliquid and feeds it into a steel cartomizer that runs through the center and has holes punched in the side of it.
  • Chinachrome- a cheap, shiny, and thin coating of an unknown material that is applied to most mods from china in order to cover up the inferior base metal. It usually rubs off within 2wks-6mths of use and is also available in shiny black.
  • Clearo = clearomizer
  • DCT- dual coil tank
  • Debridged -
  • DK- dekang
  • Douching a Coil - dry burning an RBA coil and dousing it with PGA between burns
  • Dry Burn: heating up a dry coil to burn the gunk off

  • FVT - french vanilla tobacco
